Cancellation policy:
- Up to 14 days before the agreed date of arrival, for cancellations through a wrote communication, there is no charge.
- Cancellations from this date, deposit will be not returned and will be retained as penalty (30% of total amount).
- From 7 days before arrival or non-arrival without written cancellation, it will be charged a 100 % Penalty of the total price.
